Origin:
hills of Venet.

Vines (grapes):
white variety not aromatic.

Vine process:
lightly crushed grapes, fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 deg C. Futher fermentation in sterilizer for fourty days.

Alcohol grade:
11% vol.

 

The organic chacteristics:
Colour-straw yellow with soft perlage Scent-fresh and fruity Flavour-light, soft, aromatic and pleasent.

Serving temperature:
10° C.

Served with:
excellent at any moment of the day, especially in Summer.
