Origin:
South West hills of Verona.

Vines(grapes):
Trebbiano of Toscana 40%, Garganega 20%, Tocai Friulano 20%, Cortese 20%.

Vine process:
macerated at 8 degrees C. for 12 hours and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees C.

Alcohol grade:
12,5% vol.

 

Refined:
in steel vats.

The organic characteristics:
Colour-straw yellow Scent- intense and fruity Flavour-dry, aromatic, and lightly bitter.

Serving temperature:
10° C.

Served with:
broths and soups and delicate fish plates.
